These are made of the same material used in artificial testicles (which are implanted in men who have lost a testicle from disease or injury), and are quite safe, being manufactured of a medical-grade silicone, which has been successfully used for this purpose for over a decade. Rejection is rare.
The Elist prosthesis is crescent-shaped. The concave portion fits perfectly against your testicle (they come in pairs-and one is fitted against each testicle) at least doubling its size. The prosthesis is securely implanted in the "Tunica Vaginalis" (a thin protective membrane surrounding the testicle), and the best news is that it comes in three sizes medium, large and extra-large, so that you can customize your degree of enlargement.
